Responsibility
- Deliver high-quality, interactive lessons in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry for primary and secondary students (SD/SMP/SMA).
- Develop and customize lesson plans, worksheets, and educational materials aligned with curriculum standards.
- Assess student progress through tests, assignments, and feedback, and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Provide one-on-one or small-group tutoring to address individual learning needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school administrators to track student development and share insights.
- Incorporate modern teaching tools and technologies to enhance engagement and comprehension.
- Prepare students for examinations, competitions, and academic milestones with targeted coaching.
- Maintain a positive, motivating, and inclusive classroom environment to encourage student participation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a tutor, teacher, or teaching assistant in primary/secondary education.
- Strong command of Mathematics and Sciences (Physics & Chemistry) with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional fluency in Indonesian is a plus).
- Passion for teaching and mentoring with a patient and adaptive approach to different learning styles.
- Familiarity with Indonesian national curriculum (Kurikulum 2013/Merdeka) is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced educational setting.
- Willingness to relocate or commute to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
