Responsibility
- Deliver engaging and effective English language lessons to students of varying proficiency levels.
- Develop and adapt lesson plans and teaching materials to meet curriculum standards and student needs.
- Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and feedback to track progress.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment to enhance learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methods.
- Participate in training programs and professional development workshops to refine skills.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and areas for improvement.
- Support school events, extracurricular activities, and cultural programs to enrich student experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/O-Level or equivalent qualification (higher education in English, Linguistics, or Education is a plus).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring with a patient and empathetic approach.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new teaching methodologies and technologies.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle lesson planning and administrative tasks.
