Responsibility
- Conduct one-on-one or group English lessons via our online platform for students of varying proficiency levels.
- Develop and deliver engaging, structured lesson plans tailored to students’ needs, using provided or self-created materials.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, tests, and feedback, and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and patient demeanor to create a positive learning environment.
- Utilize interactive tools (e.g., whiteboards, chat, video) to enhance student engagement and participation.
- Provide detailed session reports and communicate student progress to parents or guardians (if applicable).
- Stay updated on ESL best practices and incorporate new techniques into your teaching.
- Adhere to company policies, schedules, and quality standards for lesson delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field (or equivalent teaching experience).
- TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification (preferred but not mandatory for highly qualified candidates).
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience (online or offline), preferably in ESL or English language instruction.
- Excellent English proficiency (native or near-native level) with clear pronunciation and grammar.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace in Bali.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with students.
- Ability to adapt teaching styles to accommodate different learning paces and ages (children to adults).
- Tech-savvy with familiarity using online teaching platforms (training provided).
