Responsibility
- Design and deliver high-impact training programs for educators and staff, aligning with organizational goals.
- Mentor and coach teachers to enhance classroom effectiveness and student engagement.
- Develop and refine educational materials, including lesson plans, assessments, and digital resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate best practices in pedagogy and professional development.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Pedagogy, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching, training, or educational leadership roles.
- Proven track record in curriculum development, instructional design, or teacher training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
