Responsibility
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons aligned with international curriculum standards.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design interdisciplinary projects and enhance the schoolâs educational programs.
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and stakeholders regarding student performance and development.
- Participate in professional development workshops and stay updated with best practices in education.
- Organize and lead extracurricular activities, clubs, or events to enrich student experiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Education, a relevant subject, or equivalent teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed).
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in primary or secondary education (international school experience is a plus).
- Strong command of English (written and verbal) with excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with international curricula (e.g., Cambridge, IB, or other recognized frameworks).
- Demonstrated ability to use technology in teaching (e.g., digital tools, LMS platforms).
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to work in a multicultural setting.
- Passion for student-centered learning and a commitment to fostering a growth mindset.
- Valid teaching certification or license (where applicable).
