Responsibility
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards.
- Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment for children aged 0-6.
- Teach English or Chinese Language through interactive, play-based learning activities.
- Monitor and assess children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support each child’s growth and address individual needs.
- Organize and lead educational games, storytelling, and creative arts to enhance learning.
- Maintain detailed records of student progress, attendance, and behavioral observations.
- Assist in daily routines, including meals, naps, and hygiene practices for younger children.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Preschool Teacher, Infant Care Teacher, or Assistant Teacher.
- Fluency in English (mandatory); proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for early childhood development.
- Knowledge of child safety protocols and first aid (certification is advantageous).
- Ability to work full-time with flexibility for occasional events or parent-teacher meetings.
- Familiarity with Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or other modern teaching methodologies is a bonus.
