Responsibility
- Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing educational activities that align with early childhood development standards.
- Support classroom management by maintaining a safe, clean, and organized learning environment.
- Engage with children through interactive and hands-on learning experiences to foster curiosity and creativity.
- Monitor and document children's progress, providing feedback to parents and educators as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and execute lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and provide updates on children's development and milestones.
- Assist in preparing educational materials and resources to enhance the learning experience.
- Uphold the school's policies and procedures to ensure a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Hold a Fundamentals Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education (FECCE) or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for early childhood education.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early education.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a multicultural work environment.
