Responsibility
- Design and implement age-appropriate Montessori-based lesson plans that encourage exploration, creativity, and critical thinking.
- Teach Mandarin language through engaging, interactive activities tailored to young learners.
- Foster a nurturing, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Observe and assess each childās progress, providing personalized guidance to support their growth.
- Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and administrators to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
- Organize and lead cultural events, field trips, and extracurricular activities to enrich the learning journey.
- Maintain detailed records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance.
- Stay updated with best practices in early childhood education and Montessori methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Early Childhood Education, Teaching, or a related field (Montessori certification is a plus).
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a preschool or early childhood setting.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is required.
- Strong understanding of Montessori principles and child development theories.
- Excellent communication, patience, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to create a stimulating, organized, and child-friendly learning environment.
- Passion for multicultural education and working with diverse student populations.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (if not already based in the area).
