Responsibility
- Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
- Assess and monitor children’s developmental progress, providing individualized support where needed.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to foster strong home-school connections and communicate progress regularly.
- Organize and lead group activities, including storytelling, arts and crafts, music, and outdoor play.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.
- Participate in professional development workshops and team meetings to enhance teaching practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Teaching, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1+ years) as a preschool teacher, kindergarten teacher, or early childhood educator.
- Strong understanding of child development theories and play-based learning methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young learners (ages 2-6).
- Fluency in English (additional proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus).
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) for child safety.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team and adapt to diverse classroom needs.
