Responsibility

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or a similar role in the education sector.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing effective curriculum frameworks and learning materials.
- Strong understanding of pedagogical theories, assessment methodologies, and adult learning principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Proficiency in using educational technology tools, LMS platforms, and data analysis software.
