As part of our team, you will work Monday to Friday, 44 hours per week (operating hours: 7 AM - 7 PM) in a private preschool and childcare center. This role offers a competitive salary range of $3,500–$4,000 per month, along with the chance to make a lasting impact on early childhood development.

Responsibility
- Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for preschool-aged children.
- Conduct daily classroom activities, including storytelling, arts and crafts, music, and physical play.
- Monitor and assess children’s developmental progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive educational program.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and academic performance.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress, challenges, and achievements.
- Uphold high standards of health, safety, and hygiene in the classroom.
Qualifications
- Minimum Level 2 (L2) certification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience as a Preschool Teacher or in a similar role within a childcare setting.
- Strong understanding of child development theories and best practices in early education.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to diverse cultural and educational needs.
- First Aid and CPR certification (preferred but not mandatory).
- Willingness to commit to a full-time schedule (Monday to Friday, 44 hours/week).
