As an Assessment Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining fair, transparent, and consistent assessment practices while supporting learners and educators. Responsibility
- Conduct fair and unbiased assessments of learners in accordance with established criteria and standards.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies in all assessment activities.
- Provide constructive feedback to learners and trainers to support continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, including documentation and reporting.
- Collaborate with training teams to develop and refine assessment tools and methodologies.
- Monitor and evaluate assessment quality, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices.
- Support learners by addressing assessment-related inquiries and providing guidance on the assessment process.
- Participate in audits and reviews to ensure adherence to quality assurance frameworks.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in assessment, quality assurance, or a similar role within the education sector.
- Strong understanding of assessment principles, compliance standards, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with learners and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills, with a commitment to accuracy and integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with assessment management systems is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
