Responsibility
- Deliver high-quality lectures and practical sessions in IT, Statistics, Accounting, Business, or Multimedia.
- Develop and update course materials to align with industry standards and accreditation requirements.
- Assess student performance through assignments, exams, and projects, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with faculty and administrative staff to enhance academic programs and student engagement.
- Participate in accreditation processes and institutional governance to maintain compliance with educational standards.
- Mentor students and provide academic guidance to support their career development.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated with industry trends and teaching methodologies.
- Contribute to research, publications, or institutional projects as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Statistics, Accounting, Business, Multimedia, or a related field (Master's or PhD preferred for senior roles).
- Proven teaching experience in higher education or professional training (junior roles may consider fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds).
