Responsibility
- Design and deliver engaging training programs (in-person, virtual, and hybrid) tailored to diverse employee needs and business objectives.
- Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and assessments, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Conduct needs analyses to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted learning solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and team-building sessions to enhance employee performance and collaboration.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and refine programs accordingly.
- Partner with HR and department heads to align training initiatives with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and adult learning methodologies to ensure cutting-edge training delivery.
- Mentor and coach employees to support their career development and long-term success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Corporate Trainer, Learning & Development Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in instructional design tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training needs and measure program impact.
- Certifications in training (e.g., ATD, SHRM, or similar) are highly desirable.
- Passion for continuous learning and a commitment to fostering a growth-oriented culture.
