Responsibility

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of educational programs to ensure alignment with institutional goals.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including faculty, administrators, and external partners, to streamline program delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders and senior management.
  • Identify risks and opportunities in program implementation and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Support the evaluation and improvement of existing programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments to ensure seamless program operations.
  • Assist in stakeholder engagement, including meetings, workshops, and outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in program management, project coordination, or a similar role, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking for programs or projects.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
