Responsibility
- Conduct engaging and structured Quranic recitation (Tajweed) and Islamic studies classes for students of varying ages and proficiency levels.
- Develop and adapt lesson plans to meet the individual learning needs of students, ensuring progressive improvement.
- Teach fundamental Islamic principles, including Aqidah, Fiqh, and Akhlaq, in an accessible and relatable manner.
- Assess student performance through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to parents or guardians.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages questions, discussions, and spiritual growth.
- Collaborate with the Sini Ngaji team to align teaching methods with organizational goals and curriculum standards.
- Utilize digital tools and resources to enhance the learning experience, especially for remote or hybrid sessions.
- Participate in community events, workshops, or seminars to promote Islamic education and awareness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (minimum 1-2 years) in teaching Quran, Tajweed, or Islamic studies, either in formal or informal settings.
- Strong command of Arabic (Quranic pronunciation) and the ability to explain Islamic concepts in simple, clear terms.
- Certification in Islamic education, Tajweed, or a related field is highly preferred (e.g., from a recognized Islamic institution).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage students from diverse backgrounds.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching, with the ability to adapt to different learning styles.
- Familiarity with modern teaching aids (e.g., digital whiteboards, online platforms) is a plus.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Bali (preferably in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
- Commitment to upholding Islamic values and ethics in all professional interactions.
