Responsibility
- Assist educators in preparing and organizing course materials, including digital and physical resources.
- Coordinate scheduling, enrollment, and administrative tasks for training programs and workshops.
- Provide one-on-one or group support to students, addressing inquiries and facilitating learning.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to instructors to enhance course effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the education team to develop and update curriculum content and training modules.
- Manage communication between students, instructors, and administrative staff.
- Organize and maintain records of course attendance, assessments, and feedback.
- Support the setup and technical troubleshooting for online and in-person learning environments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in education, training, or administrative support roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or educational software is a plus.
- Passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to evolving priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
