Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment.
- Conduct school tours and information sessions for prospective students and families.
- Assess and evaluate student applications, ensuring compliance with school policies and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all admissions activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless transition for new students.
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective students and their families.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain students.
- Participate in school events and open days to promote the school and its programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in admissions, customer service, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and student information systems.
- Knowledge of international education systems and admissions processes is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
