Responsibility
- Deliver comprehensive High School Accounting lessons aligned with the national curriculum and school standards.
- Develop and implement Lesson Plans (RPP) that incorporate both theoretical and practical accounting concepts.
- Create engaging teaching materials, including real-world case studies, to enhance student understanding.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through exams, projects, and assignments, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate cross-disciplinary learning opportunities, such as linking accounting with business studies.
- Organize and supervise extracurricular activities, such as accounting clubs or competitions, to foster student interest.
- Stay updated with the latest educational trends, accounting standards, and teaching methodologies.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Education (or related field).
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in High School Accounting or equivalent.
- Proven ability to design and execute Lesson Plans (RPP) and practical accounting exercises.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage students effectively.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with modern teaching tools and digital resources for accounting education.
- Passion for continuous learning and professional development in the field of education.
