Responsibility
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in English and Chinese for infants and toddlers.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Monitor and document each child’s developmental progress and milestones.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children’s learning and well-being.
- Implement play-based activities that promote language acquisition, motor skills, and social interaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly classroom.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.
- Follow preschool policies and safety protocols to ensure a secure learning environment.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
- Previous experience working with infants and toddlers in a preschool or childcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for early childhood development.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team.
- First Aid/CPR certification (preferred).
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (if applicable).
