Responsibility
- Deliver engaging and effective tutoring sessions in academic subjects and English language skills.
- Develop personalized lesson plans tailored to each student's learning needs and goals.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to both students and parents.
- Create a positive and motivating learning environment that encourages student participation.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to enhance the learning experience.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support student development and address any concerns.
- Stay updated with educational trends and best practices to continuously improve tutoring methods.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience in tutoring, teaching, or working with students in an educational setting.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and parents.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with educational technology and online teaching tools is a plus.
