Responsibility
- Deliver engaging, hands-on Science lessons to primary school students using innovative teaching methods.
- Develop and adapt curriculum materials to align with educational standards and student needs.
- Mentor and guide students, fostering a love for learning and critical thinking in Science.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance teaching strategies and improve student outcomes.
- Participate in management training programs to develop leadership and administrative skills.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Organize and lead Science-related extracurricular activities, such as experiments, projects, and competitions.
- Contribute to parent-teacher communications and school events to build a strong learning community.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Science, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in primary or lower secondary Science.
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Passion for innovative teaching methods and experiential learning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with curriculum development and assessment strategies is advantageous.
- Willingness to participate in professional development programs and take on leadership roles.
