Based in the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, this role offers a competitive salary of ₱50,000 – ₱70,000 per month and the chance to work in a collaborative and inspiring environment. Responsibility
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the School of Arts, Sciences, and Technology.
- Oversee faculty recruitment, development, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement innovative academic programs and curricula.
- Foster partnerships with industry, government, and other academic institutions.
- Ensure compliance with academic standards and accreditation requirements.
- Promote research, scholarship, and creative activities among faculty and students.
- Manage the school's budget, resources, and administrative operations.
- Represent the school at academic conferences, events, and community engagements.
Qualifications
- Doctorate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Arts, Sciences, Technology).
- Proven experience in academic leadership, preferably as a department head or dean.
- Strong track record in faculty management, curriculum development, and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and secure funding for academic initiatives.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in education.
- Familiarity with accreditation processes and academic standards.
