Responsibility
- Design and deliver engaging, student-centered English and Chinese language lessons for diverse age groups and proficiency levels, ensuring alignment with curriculum standards.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation, cultural exchange, and language acquisition.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations, feedback, and tailored learning plans to support individual growth.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to develop interdisciplinary projects and extracurricular activities that enhance language skills and cultural understanding.
- Incorporate modern teaching methodologies, technology, and interactive tools to create dynamic and effective learning experiences.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on student performance and address any concerns.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and school-wide events to contribute to a thriving educational community.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Linguistics, TESOL, Chinese Language, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English and/or Chinese as a second language to non-native speakers.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken), with a strong grasp of grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
- Certification in TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent (e.g., HSK for Chinese language teachers) is highly desirable.
- Experience working in international or multicultural educational settings, with a passion for fostering cross-cultural understanding.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools, LMS platforms, and interactive learning technologies is a plus.
- Cultural sensitivity and a genuine enthusiasm for working in Bali’s diverse and dynamic environment.
