Responsibility
- Assist the Lead Teacher in planning, preparing, and delivering interactive lessons aligned with the curriculum.
- Support classroom management by supervising students, maintaining discipline, and fostering a positive learning atmosphere.
- Provide one-on-one or small-group instruction to reinforce learning concepts and address individual student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement engaging educational activities, projects, and assessments.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the Lead Teacher and parents when necessary.
- Prepare classroom materials, set up learning stations, and ensure resources are organized and accessible.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and professional development workshops.
- Uphold school policies, safety protocols, and inclusive practices to support all students’ well-being.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field (or equivalent teaching certification).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Teacher Assistant, Co-Teacher, or in a similar role (fresh graduates with strong passion may be considered).
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with students, parents, and staff effectively.
- Patience, creativity, and adaptability to meet diverse learning needs in a multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methods, classroom technology, and child development principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and follow direction from lead educators.
