Responsibility
- Conduct thorough medical examinations, diagnose illnesses, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients of all ages.
- Provide preventive care, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and health screenings to promote overall well-being.
- Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma through ongoing monitoring and patient education.
- Prescribe and administer medications, therapies, and other treatments while ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines.
- Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
- Participate in community health initiatives and outreach programs to improve public health awareness.
Qualifications
- Medical Doctor (MD) or equivalent degree from an accredited medical school.
- Valid medical license to practice in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in primary care or family medicine.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse patient populations.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other medical technologies.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with medical advancements.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or Balinese is a plus.
