Responsibility
- Conduct pre-employment and annual medical examinations for employees.
- Manage and coordinate HMO-related functions and employee health benefits.
- Issue medical certificates and maintain accurate health records.
- Oversee and interpret lab results, ensuring timely follow-ups when necessary.
- Provide immediate medical assistance and first aid in case of workplace injuries or emergencies.
- Develop and implement health and wellness programs to promote employee well-being.
- Ensure compliance with local health regulations and company health policies.
- Collaborate with HR and management to address health-related concerns and improve workplace safety.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Valid nursing license and certification in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational health or corporate nursing.
- Strong knowledge of medical procedures, first aid, and health regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient in using medical software and maintaining electronic health records.
- Willingness to travel between company locations in Bali as needed.
