Responsibility
- Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
- Assist practitioners with patient preparation, including setting up treatment rooms and organizing supplies.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups using clinic software.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in all interactions.
- Handle administrative tasks such as billing, payments, and inventory management for clinic supplies.
- Educate patients on clinic policies, treatment procedures, and aftercare instructions.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and sanitized clinic environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to streamline operations and enhance patient experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare, wellness, or customer service role (clinic experience is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
- Basic knowledge of natural therapies, holistic health, or medical terminology is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and clinic management software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (additional language skills, such as Indonesian, are a bonus).
- Certification in First Aid or CPR is preferred but not required.
