Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain competitive pricing strategies for assigned geographies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market conditions.
  • Analyze cost structures, market trends, and competitor pricing to recommend optimal pricing models for bids and contracts.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and legal teams to structure and negotiate contract terms that maximize profitability and mitigate risks.
  • Prepare and present pricing proposals, business cases, and financial analyses to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of pricing strategies, adjusting as needed to respond to market changes or business goals.
  • Maintain accurate pricing databases and tools, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for reporting and decision-making.
  • Support the bid management process by providing pricing inputs, scenarios, and risk assessments for high-value opportunities.
  • Stay abreast of industry regulations, compliance requirements, and economic factors affecting pricing in assigned regions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in pricing, bid management, contract management, or financial analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or pricing software; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Excellent understanding of cost accounting, profit margins, and financial modeling.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
