Responsibility
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute long-term strategic plans to drive company growth, profitability, and market expansion.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with corporate goals.
- Board Collaboration: Work closely with the Board of Directors to implement policies, report on performance, and secure approvals for key initiatives.
- Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, budgets, and investments to ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainable growth.
- Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, clients, partners, and government entities to enhance the company’s reputation and opportunities.
- Talent Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire senior leadership and employees to foster a high-performance culture.
- Innovation & Growth: Identify new business opportunities, mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships to expand the company’s footprint in the region.

Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in executive leadership roles, with at least 5 years as a CEO, President, or equivalent in a manufacturing, construction, or related industry.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth and operational excellence.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and P&L responsibility.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities, with a track record of inspiring and developing high-performing teams.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors, with experience in emerging markets.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to engage with boards, investors, clients, and government agencies to build trust and drive collaboration.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex business challenges.
- Global Perspective: Experience working in international or multicultural environments is a plus.
