Responsibility
- Lead and manage the General Affairs division, ensuring alignment with company objectives and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee facility management, including office administration, security, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and contract negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, health and safety regulations, and corporate governance standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and resource utilization.
- Represent the company in external engagements, including government relations and community outreach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in general affairs, administration, or operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, policy development, and operational management.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
