Responsibility

  • Oversee and manage all daily operations of the automotive dealership to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of sales, service, and administrative staff to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance the dealership's reputation and market presence.
  • Ensure compliance with all local regulations, company policies, and industry standards to mitigate risks and maintain operational integrity.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with the corporate team to align dealership operations with broader company goals and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business management, preferably within the automotive or retail industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing operations, driving sales growth, and improving profitability.
