Responsibility
- Oversee and manage all daily operations of the automotive dealership to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of sales, service, and administrative staff to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance the dealership's reputation and market presence.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations, company policies, and industry standards to mitigate risks and maintain operational integrity.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with the corporate team to align dealership operations with broader company goals and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business management, preferably within the automotive or retail industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing operations, driving sales growth, and improving profitability.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive dealership operations, including sales, service, and parts management.
- Experience with CRM systems, financial reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
