Responsibility
- Plan and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that promotes cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration.
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons in English or Chinese, tailored to the needs and interests of young learners.
- Assess and monitor each child's progress, providing regular feedback to parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support the holistic development of each child.
- Organize and participate in school events, field trips, and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, lesson plans, and student achievements.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and educational regulations.
Qualifications
- ECDA certification or equivalent qualification in Early Childhood Education.
- Proven experience as a Preschool Teacher, Infant Care Teacher, or Assistant Teacher.
- Proficiency in English or Chinese language instruction.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and early learning frameworks.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
- Creative, patient, and passionate about fostering a love for learning in young children.
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
