Responsibility
- Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with Sparks Preschoolâs curriculum and early learning standards.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence.
- Implement bilingual (English-Indonesian) instruction to support language acquisition and cultural awareness.
- Assess and monitor child development milestones (cognitive, social, emotional, physical) and provide progress reports to parents.
- Collaborate with co-teachers, parents, and administrators to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
- Organize and lead thematic activities, storytelling, music, art, and outdoor play to enhance learning outcomes.
- Maintain classroom organization, hygiene, and safety protocols in compliance with school policies.
- Participate in professional development workshops and contribute to curriculum refinement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Preschool Teacher or in early childhood education.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); Indonesian language skills are a plus.
- Certification in early childhood education (e.g., PAUD, Montessori, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Passion for child development with a patient, empathetic, and adaptive teaching style.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Creative and resourceful in developing hands-on, interactive learning experiences.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (if not already based there) and commit to a contract term.
