Responsibility
- Plan and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that fosters cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth.
- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Assess and monitor each child's progress, providing regular feedback to parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide educational programs and activities.
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents, addressing any concerns and providing updates on their child's development.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Organize and lead extracurricular activities and events to enhance the overall learning experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with preschool-aged children.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood education best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Creative and innovative approach to teaching and learning.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
