Responsibility
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Monitor and assess each child's developmental progress and provide individualized support as needed.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate progress, address concerns, and foster a strong home-school connection.
- Organize and lead engaging activities, including storytelling, arts and crafts, music, and outdoor play.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.
- Work closely with colleagues to plan school events, field trips, and extracurricular activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of child development theories and early learning frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, parents, and staff effectively.
- Creative, patient, and adaptable with a passion for fostering a love of learning in young children.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is an advantage.
