Responsibility
- Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages creativity and exploration.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing individualized support to meet developmental milestones.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate student achievements, challenges, and growth areas.
- Organize and lead interactive activities, including storytelling, arts and crafts, music, and physical play.
- Foster social-emotional development by teaching conflict resolution, teamwork, and empathy.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and academic performance.
- Participate in professional development workshops and team meetings to enhance teaching strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in preschool or kindergarten settings.
- Strong understanding of child development theories and best practices in early education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Creative, patient, and adaptable with a passion for working with young learners.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Certification in First Aid/CPR for children (desirable).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team and embrace diverse teaching methodologies.
