Responsibility
- Plan, implement, and supervise age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children aged 6 months to 6 years
- Monitor and ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Assist with daily routines including mealtimes, naps, and hygiene practices
- Observe and document children's progress, behaviors, and developmental milestones
- Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the daycare facility and learning materials
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or early education setting
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both children and adults
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic first aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
- Ability to adapt to different cultural environments and work with international families
