Responsibility
- Deliver engaging and informative lectures to students, ensuring high standards of educational excellence.
- Develop and update course materials to align with industry trends and institutional goals.
- Conduct sales consultations with prospective students, addressing inquiries and guiding them through the enrollment process.
- Achieve monthly enrollment targets by effectively converting leads into registered students.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and participate in outreach events.
- Provide academic support and mentorship to students, fostering a positive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, sales activities, and enrollment data.
- Participate in continuous professional development to enhance teaching and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching, training, or educational facilitation.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or student recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
