Responsibility
- Provide temporary teaching support in preschool centers across Bali, ensuring a smooth transition for children when regular teachers are absent.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the preschoolâs curriculum and educational goals.
- Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment that encourages childrenâs social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Assist in classroom management, including organizing activities, supervising children, and maintaining a positive atmosphere.
- Collaborate with permanent teaching staff to ensure consistency in teaching methods and childcare practices.
- Monitor and assess childrenâs progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers as needed.
- Adhere to preschool policies, safety guidelines, and educational standards at all times.
- Maintain open communication with preschool administrators, parents, and fellow educators.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field (for trained teachers).
- Prior experience in preschool teaching or childcare is highly preferred, though fresh graduates with relevant certifications will be considered.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different preschool environments and teaching styles.
- Patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic personality with a genuine love for working with young children.
- Flexibility to work on short notice and travel to various locations across Bali.
- Valid First Aid certification (preferred but not mandatory).
