Responsibility
- Design and develop engaging learning curricula, training materials, and assessments for BPO operations
- Create interactive e-learning modules using authoring tools like Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and performance gaps
- Develop instructor-led training programs and virtual classroom sessions
- Implement learning analytics to measure training effectiveness and ROI
- Maintain and update existing training content to ensure relevance and compliance
- Partner with HR and operations teams to align learning solutions with business objectives
- Stay current with instructional design trends and emerging learning technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design, preferably in BPO or contact center environments
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, etc.)
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with global teams
- Portfolio showcasing previous instructional design projects
