Responsibility

  • Conduct in-depth technical consultations with clients to understand their business needs and pain points.
  • Design and propose customized technical solutions that align with client requirements and business objectives.
  • Develop and deliver high-impact presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to showcase solution value.
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure accurate and feasible solution delivery.
  • Provide technical expertise during RFP/RFI processes, including requirement analysis and response preparation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to position Certis Group as a leader.
  • Assist in the creation of technical documentation, including solution architectures, whitepapers, and case studies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in presales, solutions architecture, or technical consulting within the ICT sector.
  • Proven track record of designing and presenting technical solutions to clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity, networking, or enterprise software (depending on focus area).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-focused language.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and proposal software is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
