Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth technical consultations with clients to understand their business needs and pain points.
- Design and propose customized technical solutions that align with client requirements and business objectives.
- Develop and deliver high-impact presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to showcase solution value.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure accurate and feasible solution delivery.
- Provide technical expertise during RFP/RFI processes, including requirement analysis and response preparation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to position Certis Group as a leader.
- Assist in the creation of technical documentation, including solution architectures, whitepapers, and case studies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in presales, solutions architecture, or technical consulting within the ICT sector.
- Proven track record of designing and presenting technical solutions to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity, networking, or enterprise software (depending on focus area).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-focused language.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and proposal software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
