Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning, tidying, and maintenance of luxury villas to ensure impeccable presentation and hygiene standards.
- Manage laundry services, including washing, ironing, and organizing guest and villa linens with meticulous attention to detail.
- Prepare villas for guest arrivals, including setting up amenities, arranging decor, and ensuring all facilities are fully operational.
- Assist with guest requests, such as replenishing minibars, arranging in-villa dining, or coordinating with external service providers.
- Conduct regular inspections of villas to identify and report maintenance issues, damages, or inventory shortages.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, toiletries, and villa essentials, and restock as needed.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and professionalism when interacting with guests and handling sensitive information.
- Collaborate with villa managers and other staff to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping, villa maintenance, or luxury hospitality (preferred but not mandatory for motivated candidates).
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic English communication skills (ability to understand and respond to guest requests).
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering exceptional service with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime as required by guest schedules.
- Knowledge of luxury villa operations or butler services is a plus but not required.
