Responsibility
- Consult with prospective clients to understand their confinement care needs and recommend suitable services.
- Present and demonstrate the benefits of our premium confinement care packages, including postnatal care, meal plans, and wellness programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a client-centric approach.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding service offerings, pricing, and availability.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure their needs are met and address any concerns.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in confinement care.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Empathetic and patient demeanor, with a genuine desire to help and support new mothers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional languages, particularly Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin, is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the specified regions as needed.
