Responsibility
- Develop and implement a national sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and expand the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and penetrate new markets, particularly in Bali and Java.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Analyze sales data to refine pricing, promotions, and product positioning.
- Collaborate with marketing to create high-impact campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to adapt strategies proactively.
- Report on sales performance and forecast future growth to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 8 years in sales, with 3+ years in a leadership role (Director/Manager).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in B2B or B2C environments.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and team-management skills.
- Experience in the Indonesian market, particularly Bali or Jakarta, is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are advantageous.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
- Willingness to travel regionally as needed.
