Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand Carro’s dealer network across Bali, focusing on motor insurance and extended warranty products.
- Identify, engage, and onboard new dealerships, financial partners, and insurance providers to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to refine product positioning.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and product) to ensure seamless integration of new partnerships and optimize sales processes.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for motor insurance and extended warranty products.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders through regular follow-ups, presentations, and negotiations.
- Educate dealers and partners on the benefits of Carro’s solutions, addressing objections and tailoring pitches to their specific needs.
- Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the automotive, insurance, or financial services sectors.
- Strong understanding of motor insurance products, extended warranties, and dealership operations in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building successful partnerships.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
