Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company’s healthcare client portfolio in Bali and surrounding regions.
  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers to promote Adecco’s workforce solutions.
  • Provide tailored business support to healthcare clients, including workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and compliance guidance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and value-driven interactions.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance Adecco’s brand presence in the healthcare sector.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional proficiency in Indonesian is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of healthcare workforce dynamics, recruitment processes, and industry regulations.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
