Responsibility
- Identify and acquire new merchants in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) to adopt BukuWarungâs EDC payment solutions.
- Conduct field visits to engage with small and medium business owners, demonstrating the value of digital payment systems.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for EDC machine installations and activations.
- Provide training and onboarding support to merchants to ensure smooth adoption of EDC terminals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing merchants, addressing their concerns and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local campaigns and promotions to drive merchant sign-ups.
- Collect market feedback and insights to help refine BukuWarungâs product offerings and sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, merchant acquisitions, and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition, preferably in the fintech or payment solutions industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a field-based role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with merchants.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with digital payment systems, EDC machines, or financial technology is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali to meet merchants in various locations.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools or sales tracking software is an advantage.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
