Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial and commercial clients in Bali
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of proven sales experience in industrial, commercial, or B2B sectors
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal)
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Ability to travel within Bali as needed for client meetings
  • Experience in the petroleum or energy sector is a plus
