Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets in the Bali region.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and channel stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Samsungās market share in assigned territories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless execution of sales and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and product positioning.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, address concerns, and align on growth objectives.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to management, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Represent Samsung at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Channel Sales, or Business Development, preferably in the technology, consumer electronics, or retail sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Deep understanding of retail channel dynamics, distributor management, and B2B sales strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and financial reports.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
